Cloud SaaS, BYOK brokers, and how this tool differs from investment advice.
What is this product?
A software automation tool for intraday NIFTY weekly option buying. It runs analysis (option chain, VWAP, range, optional AI) and can place or simulate orders through your Zerodha or Alice Blue account. We are not a registered advisor and do not manage your money.
What does BYOK mean?
Bring your own keys. You create a broker API app (Kite Connect or Alice Blue ANT), enter the key/secret in Settings, and authorize login. We never see your broker password. API secrets are encrypted at rest with a server master key.
Free vs Pro — what changes?
- Free — full Analyze, DRY RUN (paper) journal, broker login, all signals on the dashboard.
- Pro — unlock LIVE mode so Execute places real orders on the VPS (subject to your broker limits and our fair-use rate limits).

How do I connect Zerodha (Kite)?
- Create a Kite Connect app in the developer console.
- Set redirect URL to:
https://excelalgotrader.in/oauth/zerodha/callback - For LIVE orders, whitelist your server’s public IP (shown on the Account page once configured).
- Save API key + secret in dashboard Settings, then click Login (HTTPS OAuth — not port 5000 on your PC).
How do I connect Alice Blue?
- Get App Code + API Secret from the Alice Blue developer portal.
- Register redirect:
https://excelalgotrader.in/oauth/aliceblue/callback - Choose broker Alice Blue in Settings, save, then Login or paste the redirect URL manually if needed.
Login failed / redirect error?
Redirect URL in the broker console must match exactly (https, path, no typo). For Zerodha, the callback is on our domain, not 127.0.0.1:5000. You can still paste the full redirect URL into the manual token box on the dashboard.
Is my data shared with other users?
No. Each account has isolated settings, encrypted secrets, paper trades, and Socket.IO events. Two users on the same server cannot see each other’s sessions or journals.
Can I run this only on my laptop instead?
Yes — run without SAAS_ENABLED locally (python app.py). The cloud product is for users who want LIVE execution on a fixed VPS IP without keeping their PC on.
Refunds and cancellation?
Cancel Pro from your Razorpay subscription email or dashboard; access remains until the paid period ends. Refunds are handled per our Terms — contact support for billing disputes.
