Your responsibilities

Understand SEBI, exchange, and broker rules that apply to you (lot sizes, margins, surveillance).
Test extensively in DRY RUN and Analyze only before setting dry_run: false.
Keep API keys and settings.json private; the app binds to localhost but your machine must stay secure.
Monitor positions—network drops, broker outages, and rate limits can delay exits.

Software limitations

AI sentiment depends on third-party APIs and may time out or return neutral.
Historical and quote APIs differ between Zerodha and Alice Blue; signals may be NEUTRAL when data is missing.
OI on websocket may be incomplete; REST fallback is used but can be rate-limited.
Past backtests are not embedded; weights are configurable, not optimized guarantees.

Recommended workflow

Configure broker + AI keys; stay in DRY RUN.
Run Analyze at the time you would normally trade; read the technical log.
Only go live when outcomes and risk amounts match your plan.
Use one browser tab on the dashboard to avoid duplicate API load.
